Safety & Compliance.
Putting your employees in someone else's vehicle is a trust decision, and it is usually made by an administrator who has to answer for it afterwards. So rather than assure you we take safety seriously, this page sets out exactly what is in place, what happens when something goes wrong, and what we can show you on paper.

None of this is an add-on or a premium tier. It is how every route runs, from a single executive car to a 40-vehicle daily roster.
Eight things that are true of every route we run
An SOS button on every trip
Both the driver app and the employee app carry it. One tap drops the alert onto our live operations map with exact coordinates, rings the control-room bell, and sends an email to the operations desk with a map link — deliberately two channels, because an emergency must not depend on someone watching a screen. The alert stays open until an operator acknowledges it.
Live GPS from the first pickup to the last drop
The driver app posts location continuously in the background, even with the phone locked and the app closed. Your transport administrator sees where the cab is rather than calling to ask, and a vehicle that has stopped moving is visible to us before anyone reports it.
Employees can share the live trip with anyone
An employee can generate a link from the app that shows their trip moving on a map. It opens without a login, so it works for a parent or a spouse or your security desk, and it expires after 24 hours — visibility for the journey, not standing access to someone’s movements.
Nobody waits on the road at night
Employees get a push notification when their cab is 1 km away and again at 500 m, targeted at their own stop rather than the route as a whole. Waiting outside in the dark for a vehicle that might be twenty minutes out is a safety problem, and it is a solvable one.
Vehicle papers checked every single morning
Insurance, permit and PUC expiry are held against every vehicle and checked automatically at 7 AM daily, raising an alert at 30 days, at 7 days, and on the expiry day itself. An uninsured or unpermitted vehicle on your route is a liability that lands on your company as much as ours, so it is not left to memory.
Drivers verified before, and rated after
Police verification, background check and licence on record before a driver is assigned to anything. After that, employees are surveyed twice a month and their answers roll into a score for each driver — so the rating comes from the people who actually ride with them, not from a supervisor’s impression.
Complaints are recorded, not absorbed
Every complaint is logged against the route and the driver with a resolution trail, rather than being settled on a phone call nobody wrote down. It means a pattern shows up as a pattern, and it means you can ask us what happened three months later and get an answer.
Paperwork that survives an audit
Trip logs for every journey attached to a single monthly GST-compliant invoice. GST-registered under 07BCLPR9820D1ZC and MSME-certified under UDYAM-DL-02-0049419, with documentation your finance and compliance teams can reconcile without chasing us for it.
What we hold on file
Standard documentation for vendor onboarding — insurance certificates, permits, registration proofs and driver verification records — can be shared with your procurement or compliance team on request. If your onboarding process has a specific checklist, send it across and we will work through it rather than making you chase individual documents.

What procurement and admin teams ask us
Are your drivers police-verified?
Yes. Every driver goes through a background check and police verification before being assigned to any route, and we hold their licence details on record. Verification is a precondition of assignment, not a formality completed afterwards.
What actually happens when someone presses SOS?
The alert lands on our live operations map with the exact GPS coordinates, rings the control-room alert bell, and simultaneously sends an email to the operations desk with a map link — because an emergency cannot depend on somebody happening to be looking at a screen. The alert stays open until an operator acknowledges it, so it cannot be quietly missed.
Can employees share their live trip with family or our security desk?
Yes. From the app an employee can generate a share link for their current trip that shows the vehicle moving on a map. The link needs no login to open and expires after 24 hours, so it can be sent to a family member or your security desk without giving anyone standing access.
How do you make sure vehicle papers are current?
Insurance, permit and PUC expiry dates are held against every vehicle, and an automated check runs at 7 AM daily. It raises an alert 30 days out, again at 7 days, and on the expiry day itself. A vehicle cannot quietly run out of cover while it is on your route.
What records can you give us for an audit?
Trip logs for every journey, attached to a monthly GST-compliant invoice. We are GST-registered (GSTIN 07BCLPR9820D1ZC) and MSME-certified (UDYAM-DL-02-0049419), so the transport line in your books ties back to movement that actually happened, vehicle by vehicle and day by day.
What is the escalation path on a night shift?
Night routes are watched by the control room until the last employee is dropped, with each drop confirmed rather than assumed. Both our operations numbers are answered around the clock, and your account contact is reachable on the same numbers at 3 AM as at 3 PM.
