Most corporate movement fits a sedan; a long cross-city route or a group with luggage belongs in an MUV; twenty people going to the same place belong in one Tempo Traveller; and a small number of journeys are worth a car people notice. Below is what each is for.

Every vehicle in every category carries live GPS and an SOS button and is driven by a police-verified driver. Insurance, permit and PUC expiry dates are checked automatically every morning.
Choosing between them
Sedan — 4 passengers
The sedan does most of the work in corporate transport, and it is the vehicle where small things decide whether anyone complains — whether the air conditioning holds up in June, whether the boot takes a cabin bag and a laptop bag without a negotiation, whether the car is clean at 6 AM and still clean at 9 PM. Air-conditioned sedans for daily commutes, airport runs and one or two travellers, on per-trip or monthly corporate billing.
SUV & MUV — 6-7 passengers
Two things push a route from a sedan into an MUV: headcount, and distance. Ertiga, Innova Crysta and XUV 700 for larger pickup groups, long-distance routes and travel where seat comfort matters.
Tempo Traveller — 12-26 passengers
Once a group passes seven people, the problem stops being transport and becomes coordination — headcount at the gate, luggage, staging, and a driver who will wait where he said he would. Tempo Travellers in 12 to 26 seat configurations for offsites, conferences, event-day movement and large shift groups.
Luxury — 3-4 passengers
There is a category of corporate journey where the vehicle is doing work of its own — collecting a director from the airport, moving a delegation between offices, carrying a client to a signing. BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Toyota Vellfire for board-level travel, visiting delegations and occasions where the car is noticed.
